Kitchen and Bath Manager

• Showroom Leadership | Colonial Marble & Granite Colonial Marble & Granite is seeking a dynamic Kitchen and Bath Manager to lead our growing showroom team.

This role blends leadership, sales, and design expertise — ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, customer-focused retail environment. As Kitchen and Bath Manager, you'll oversee daily showroom operations, coach and lead the front-end team, and assist customers with selecting products across natural stone, cabinetry, tile, and plumbing fixtures. You'll also play a key role in growing our kitchen & bath offerings and cultivating relationships with builders and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily showroom operations including opening/closing procedures and team delegation Lead, mentor, and develop showroom sales reps, designers, and admin support Assist customers with product selections in cabinetry, countertops, tile, and fixtures Merchandise and manage cabinetry displays; contribute to expanding product lines Handle escalated customer issues and resolve service concerns with professionalism Build relationships with vendors and partners to grow our kitchen & bath division Track and report on showroom performance metrics including sales and inventory Plan and execute in-store promotions, ensure visual standards are maintained

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree highly preferred 5+ years of experience in kitchen/bath sales or home remodeling

• Required 2+ years of team management or supervisory experience
• Required Industry knowledge in stone countertops, tile, cabinetry, and plumbing fixtures
• Preferred Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings and weekends
