IRA Contribution Match Duties Include:

Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure accurate order processing and cash handling procedures. Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate food production to minimize waste and optimize costs. Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team. Implement shift management strategies to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Conduct regular food safety audits, uphold health regulations, and ensure compliance with all food industry standards. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Assist with budgeting, staffing schedules, and operational planning to support overall restaurant profitability. Support catering services, banquet events, or special promotions as needed to boost sales and community engagement. Qualifications Proven management experience within the food service industry, preferably in quick service or casual dining environments. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in staff training & development, interviewing, and team management. Knowledge of food safety protocols, health regulations, and inventory control practices. Excellent leadership abilities combined with effective communication skills to motivate teams and deliver outstanding customer service. Experience with shift management, food production processes, and hospitality management is highly desirable.
