Responsibilities:

Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service Lead, train, schedule, and supervise café staff Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns Monitor food and beverage quality and service standards Manage inventory, ordering, deliveries, and supplies Handle POS transactions, cash management, and daily sales reports Maintain cleanliness, organization, and health & safety standards Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity Coordinate with vendors and suppliers Help implement promotions and strategies to increase sales Identify operational issues and improve efficiency and profitability Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and employees

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of café, restaurant, hospitality, or food-service management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing and scheduling staff
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory, and cash handling
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules when needed
• Food Safety/Manager Certification is a plus
