Job Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant General Manager at Wingstop. The AGM will help support the General Manager with managing daily operations, overseeing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include Oversee inventory management, including ordering and waste control. Overall organization and cleanliness of the store. Keep the store and staff ready for QSC audits. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback. Help with scheduling and shift coverage to ensure proper staffing levels. Ensure compliance with Wingstop policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards. Lead and train team members to follow all company standards Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service management role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment ServSafe Certification- required ( we will help you obtain if you do not already have this certification) Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures Experience with restaurant POS systems. Aloha preferred. All candidates must be ready, willing, and able to work a fully flexible work schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the fluctuating business demands.
