Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional food quality, safety standards, and efficient service delivery in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for managing staff, controlling inventory, maintaining food safety protocols, and ensuring the overall success of the kitchen operations. Duties Supervise daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and consistency Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Oversee food safety management practices, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance culinary skills, customer service, and operational efficiency Line cooking and prep cooking Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow during busy periods Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster a motivated and skilled team Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within casual dining or quick service environments Proven ability in inventory control, food safety management, and food handling procedures Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising teams, staff training, interviewing candidates, and managing hospitality teams Solid understanding of restaurant management principles such as budgeting, profit & loss analysis, shift management, and food production Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective managerial communication to ensure guest satisfaction Experience with catering or banquet operations is a plus; familiarity with bar service is advantageous Demonstrated competency in managing culinary teams within a fast-paced restaurantJoin us as a Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team toward excellence!
