Job Description
The General Manager of Gilda's The General Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of all facets of the restaurant. The GM works closely with the Kitchen Manager and the Director of Operations. This is a working management position. The GM who will develop a well-trained knowledgeable service team while achieving enthusiastic hospitality reviews and aggressively seeking new sales opportunities. This is a wonderful opportunity for a person who is looking to take the next step and enjoys an intimate setting has a creative spirit and a passion for good food.
