A RM's typical work week is 5 days per week (morning and early afternoon), 45 hours weekly as a standard. We are one TEAM, we work together to get it right for you, our crew and our guests!

Restaurant Managers are responsible to:

Adhere to all Dunkin and State Law standards Ordering of food and Control food costs Prepare labor schedules Maintain labor costs Maintain staffing levels and training standards based on store needs Foster a positive culture in-store by promoting teamwork and respectful behavior 100% of the time. Qualifications:

While preferred, but not necessary, 1-3 years of experience in operating and running a QSR Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a natural ability and passion to drive results and coach a team.
