Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Front of House Manager to support daily restaurant operations and help maintain strong service standards. This position works closely with the General Manager and management team to supervise the front-of-house team, support guests, and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Supervise and support Servers, Hosts, Bussers, and Bartenders during service. Help maintain smooth floor operations during busy periods. Handle guest questions, complaints, and service recovery when needed. Support opening and closing procedures. Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and break schedules. Assist with training and coaching FOH employees. Help ensure service standards and company policies are followed. Support daily cash-out, takeout, reservations, and front desk operations as needed. Communicate clearly with BOH and other managers during service. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional restaurant environment. Assist the General Manager with other daily operational needs as assigned. Qualifications Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, organized, and able to work well under pressure. Comfortable handling guest concerns and employee issues. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Looking for a stable, long-term management opportunity. Pay:
