Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including training, coaching, and evaluating performance to promote a high-performing team. Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS system management, and inventory control. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing to optimize product presentation and availability. Conduct employee orientation sessions, facilitate ongoing training & development programs, and foster a positive team culture. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor operational metrics such as sales performance, inventory levels, and budget adherence to drive continuous improvement. Skills Proven management experience within the retail industry with a strong background in sales team leadership and store operations management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams through managerial communication and clear instructions. Strong organizational skills with proficiency in inventory management, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic math skills Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases and team members. Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, cashiering, and retail math is essential. Skilled in supervising staff during shifts while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
