The final offer will be based on the candidate's specific experience and geographic work location•The Wendys General Manager oversees all operations of the Wendys restaurant within a quick service restaurant (QSR) in a multi-concept travel center. This role establishes excellent guest service, brand-standard execution, and strong financial performance. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and developing team members while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The position operates in a high-volume setting with peak rush periods that require strong multitasking, active leadership, and a calm, solutions-focused approach. Maintain strict Wendys brand standards, product quality, food safety, and overall cleanliness across the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen.Team Leadership:
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff; conduct regular coaching sessions to foster a positive, people-first working environment.Financial Performance:
Drive sales and maximize profit by managing labor and food costs, minimizing waste, and enforcing strict inventory and cash controls.Guest Experience:
Cultivate a "guest-first" culture that ensures prompt, accurate, and friendly service; resolve customer feedback professionally.Administration:
Manage product ordering, inventory par levels, shift reconciliations, safe deposits, and regulatory/brand compliance paperwork.Great if you
