The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in QSR and hospitality. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food production and service quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Oversee food production processes to ensure quality and consistency in menu items. Lead and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Implement effective shift management practices to optimize staffing levels and service efficiency. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service environment. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry, preferably in fine dining or hospitality settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on inventory control and operational efficiency. Knowledge of food production techniques and standards, along with experience in menu planning. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Exceptional communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and vendors. A passion for delivering outstanding food service experiences while maintaining high operational standards.
