  • Full-time Senior manager at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery We are looking for a senior level manager.
Experience managing a large crew on your own, taking charge of the flow of business, creating efficiencies, and accountability for how the shift runs are qualities we are looking for in a candidate. This store is one of the busiest locations and has been growing yearly. You would also be responsible for training development, financial goals, meeting time standards, customer service, helping with the hiring process, cleaning, and several other duties. You must be self-driven and able to command the respect of the people you are working with. This management position requires hands on help to the back of house when they need it. Helping the staff to cook, prep, bake, and work with the customers are part of the responsibilities along with managing the shift. Requirements
  • 3 years restaurant management experience
  • Server or cooking background
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for the restaurant business
  • Able to train, motivate and recruit employees
  • Desire to learn new systems and implement them
  • Must be reliable and willing to work in fun, fast-paced environment.
