We are looking for an entry level candidate, but you would still be responsible for running a shift on their own. You would be responsible for front and back of the house employees. You would also be responsible for training development, financial goals, meeting time standards, customer service, cleaning, and several other duties. You must be self-driven and able to command the respect of the people you are working with. Some management experience prior to this is expected. This management position requires hands on help to the back of house. Cooking, prepping, and baking are part of the responsibilities along with managing the shift. Requirements
