Sodexo is seeking an Multi Service General Manager for UH Geauga Medical Center located in Chardon, OH to support both nutrition and environmental services . Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being What You'll Do Have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence Have oversight of day-to-day operations Deliver high quality food service Collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department Support a diverse and inclusive workforce What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
