General Manager Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our restaurant. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of day-to-day restaurant operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, upholding Looking Glass Hospitality standards, and ensuring genuine hospitality to our guests and team members. Proficient in computer usage, inventory control, administrative tasks, and financial management. A willingness to do whatever is needed to take care of our guests. Physical Demands This job requires standing and/ or walking for long periods of time along with continuous movement such as bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
