Kitchen Manager Lean Kitchen Cincinnati Cincinnati, OH Job Details Part-time $18.20

Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management, scheduling employees and ordering supplies as necessary
Skills:
- Previous experience working in catering, restaurants, or dietary departments is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Proficient in using various kitchen equipment, including knives and other tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
