Night Manager in Training Teresa's Pizza — Mayfield Heights, OH $16.50/hour Full-Time Growth Track into Full Management Are you a natural leader looking for a place to grow? Teresa's Pizza is a busy, well-loved neighborhood pizzeria, and we're looking for a driven, dependable person to train into one of the most important roles in our operation: Night Manager. This is a hands-on leadership position with a clear path forward. Over your first 6-8 weeks, we'll train you in every part of running a successful night — from managing the crew to closing the store the right way. If you bring the work ethic and the right attitude, we'll give you the tools, the trust, and the opportunity to build a career with us. What you'll be responsible for: Leading and managing a team of 2-5 employees per shift Running nightly closing shifts — 5 of 7 nights each week General manager duties: overseeing operations, quality, and customer satisfaction Cash handling and end-of-night reconciliation Keeping the store clean, organized, and running smoothly Setting the tone for a positive, productive team environment What we're looking for: A dependable, motivated leader who takes ownership Strong communication and people skills The ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced setting A willingness to learn, grow, and lead by example Restaurant or management experience is a plus — but not required. Pay:

$16.50/hour to start, with growth potential as you advance into full management

Hours:

Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

Nights:

5 of 7 nights weekly, including at least 2 of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday Why work at
