Original Pancake House is looking for Restaurant Managers to support our East Side locations in Woodmere and Mentor. Restaurant Hours Our restaurants are open 7:30 AM

• 2:30 PM, allowing you to enjoy a schedule with no late nights!

Managers are expected to work the hours necessary to meet operational needs, including weekends and holidays. What You'll Do Provide leadership and operational support across multiple locations. Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams while creating a positive work environment. Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards. Oversee daily restaurant operations, food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development. Monitor labor, inventory, and restaurant performance. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Partner with General Managers and corporate leadership to achieve operational goals. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience (full-service restaurant experience preferred). Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between the Strongsville, Fairview Park, and Avon locations. Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
