Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Culinary Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management and food service, with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. This role involves managing both the kitchen and bar areas, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and inventory control. Duties Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including kitchen management and bar services. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food preparation and service areas. Manage inventory control processes to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing waste. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop innovative menus that meet customer preferences. Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance to ensure high-quality service standards. Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and sales tracking. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Monitor financial performance of the food and beverage department, implementing strategies for improvement as needed. Experience Proven experience in food management within the hospitality industry is essential. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, bar management, and inventory control practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Proficiency in using POS systems for operational efficiency.
