Duties Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Manage daily restaurant operations, including shift scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring consistency in product quality and presentation across all orders. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Train new team members on food handling, customer service protocols, and operational procedures to foster a knowledgeable workforce. Monitor restaurant performance metrics, implement improvements, and manage budgets to optimize profitability. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience for every guest. Requirements Proven management experience within the food service industry, preferably in quick service or fast food restaurants. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings. Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food production processes. Excellent communication skills for staff training, team management, and customer interactions. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
