- $52,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Event coordination Customer service High school diploma or GED Team development Bar management Beer knowledge Cocktail experience Full Job Description Job Overview Noble Cut Distillery Cocktails & Pints — Columbus, Ohio Noble Cut Distillery Cocktails & Pints is looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven Bar Manager to lead the bar program at our distillery and help create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Noble Cut Distillery bar.
- Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop bartenders and bar staff.
- Create a welcoming, energetic, and professional environment for guests and employees.
- Work with our Cocktail Development team to train all staff on our seasonal cocktail menus featuring Noble Cut spirits.
- Prep and maintain all cocktail recipe ingredients as needed.
- Ensure consistent execution of recipes, presentation, quality, and service standards.
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and product rotation.
- Monitor pour costs, beverage costs, waste, and overall bar profitability.
- Maintain accurate inventory and minimize product loss.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Ohio liquor laws and responsible alcohol-service standards.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and safety.
- Establish and enforce opening, closing, and side-work procedures.
- Train staff on Noble Cut products, cocktails, service standards, and hospitality.
- Work closely with management and the distillery team on promotions, tastings, private events, and special programming.
- Help develop creative cocktail experiences and events that drive traffic and strengthen the Noble Cut brand.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure issues are resolved quickly and appropriately.
- Lead by example and actively work alongside the bar team during busy service periods. Experience
- 2+ years of bartending or bar-management experience, preferably in a craft cocktail, restaurant, bar, brewery, or distillery environment.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and current beverage trends.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and people-management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, scheduling, and cost control.
- The ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented in a high-volume environment.
- A strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and Ohio liquor regulations.
- A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

- 4:00pm (4 hours) o Wednesdays
Saturdays:
10:00am-7:00pm (36 hours) o Sunday, Monday- Off o Hours may vary with events

Pay:
$45,000.00- $52,000.
