The ideal candidate will lead service teams, maintain high customer service standards, coordinate daily activities, and help ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily dining and bar operations to maintain efficient service. Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house team members. Coordinate dining room and beverage service during assigned shifts. Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and timely service. Monitor food and beverage presentation, quality, and service standards. Address customer questions, requests, and service concerns professionally. Manage POS transactions, cash-handling procedures, and shift documentation. Monitor beverage and restaurant supplies and communicate restocking needs. Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service and timely order flow. Assist with employee training, onboarding, coaching, and daily team development. Maintain clean, organized, and safe dining, bar, and service areas. Follow company policies, sanitation requirements, and responsible service practices. Prepare shift updates and communicate operational issues to management. Qualifications Previous restaurant, bar, hospitality, or food-service management experience preferred. Experience supervising or coordinating restaurant service teams. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dining environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling procedures. Knowledge of food-service safety and sanitation standards.
