Seeking an energetic and motivated general manager for the Crumbl Cookies location in Stow, OH. Crumbl is a fun, modern, fast paced cookie shop. We make everything in-house from scratch and we have a menu that changes weekly! The general manager position is a very busy but rewarding job. While it may not seem like much, it takes about 20 employees to run each location. The owners are active in the business and work in the store every week alongside the employees. As a general manager, you will play a very important role in operating the store daily. Managers spend the majority of their time working in the kitchen ensuring all crew members have assigned duties and all tasks are completed on time. In addition, general managers will assure the store is properly stocked, handle finances, hire and maintain adequate crew, coordinate work with assistant managers, and assure store meets all corporate metrics for performance. General managers must be willing to work weekends and nights if needed. General Manager Responsibilities Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations. Maintaining knowledge and skills for baker and driver positions and fills in as necessary Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient techniques and strategies Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business General Manager Requirements Must have open availability Monday-Saturday Must be willing to work nights or fill in where needed Previous experience managing others required Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Time and project management skills Strong understanding of processes and how to be more efficient Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop practical solutions and strategies Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members Strong computer/tech skills a MUST Successful Candidates bring the following: A fast, friendly attitude and work ethic Business savvy (Labor, Cost of Goods, P&L..)
