Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our hotel operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. This pivotal role involves managing daily activities, supervising staff, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Duties Lead and motivate the hotel management team to achieve operational excellence and sales targets. Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services. Develop and implement business strategies, marketing plans, and promotional campaigns to increase occupancy and revenue. Manage budgeting, payroll, inventory control, and purchasing processes with precision. Supervise staff recruitment, training & development, employee orientation, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain high standards of customer service. Oversee operational management tasks including shift management, inventory management, merchandising, stock replenishment, and store management. Maintain organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in retail or hospitality management with supervisory responsibilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, inventory management, POS systems usage, purchasing procedures, cash handling & cashiering. Skilled in operational management tasks like shift scheduling, customer service excellence, marketing efforts & training & development programs. Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Organizational skills combined with time management capabilities to oversee daily operations seamlessly. Previous hotel management experience is a must.
