Manager/Assistant Manager :
Parkway Pet Lodge is the largest Dog Boarding, Grooming, and Training facility in Pittsburgh. This is a family-owned business with a friendly and caring atmosphere! Matching qualifications are desired but not mandatory.- Qualifications
- 1-3 years minimum managing a kennel or boarding facility 1-3 years in an office environment Experience with safely handling dogs up to 100lbs or more Competent in reading dog's body language and health Capable of lifting up to 40lbs Strong communication skills Exceptional customer service Driven and detail-oriented Positive or optimistic attitude Weekend availability High School Diploma or Bachelors Degree • Job Duties • Scheduling reservations Answering phone calls and e-mails Reviewing and updating vaccination records Managing a staff of 6-14 people per day Training new employees on protocols and procedures Check ins and check outs for arrivals and departures Assigning and directing tasks daily Setting up food, feeding, and administering medication Activities with pets Compensation is open for negotiation based on experience.
