Assist the Manager in directing and managing all function as activities of the Restaurant and Kitchen to achieve sales and profit goals. Assistant Restaurant Manager Duties & Responsibilities 1. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Provide exceptional service, courtesy, and friendliness to all customers. 2. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Record daily ledger. 3. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Develop menu specials. 4. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Fill in or help in all restaurant responsibilities or position as required to take care of business. 5. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Responsible for "Special Events". 6. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Responsible for all transfers and inventories. 7. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Develop and administer performance reviews of other restaurant personnel. 8. An Assistant Restaurant Manager is Responsible for the Restaurant, Kitchen and Express sales, profits, and operations. 9. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Order merchandise and rotate and control inventory to minimize out-of-stocks and overstocks and to maximize sales. 10. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Follow approved procedures for receiving product to ensure quality protection, accuracy, and rotation. 11. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Take action to control shrinkage and pilferage losses. 12. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Effectively train and supervise other department personnel. 13. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Follow sanitation program for maintenance of cases, storage areas, prep area, public area, and equipment. 14. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Ensure favorable restaurant image with customers through a clean, attractive, and friendly department. 15. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Maintain and submit required records and reports. 16. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Develop weekly work schedule for restaurant personnel. 17. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Maintain good communications in store and throughout the organization. 18. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Ensure compliance to store's Sanitation, Safety, and Security Programs. 19. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Ensure compliance to Local, State, and Government Sanitation, Weights and Measures Laws. 20. An Assistant Restaurant Manager must Follow all store policies and procedures.
