All assistant managers are brought in with the intent of making them store managers in the near future, while offering them all of the training and practice necessary to be successful managers in this company. You will be taught how to make the product, manage food, customers and team members within the store, opening and closing procedures, ordering and inventorying food, and daily and weekly paperwork.
