Responsibilities Lead and supervise bar staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure top-tier customer service and operational efficiency Manage day-to-day bar operations including food preparation, cocktail crafting, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash transactions accurately through cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales reports Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall profitability Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure seamless food production and timely service during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions Conduct staff interviews, manage shift schedules, and oversee training programs to build a motivated hospitality team focused on excellence Requirements Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles with team leadership responsibilities Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS along with cash handling expertise Knowledge of food safety management practices and food handling regulations to ensure compliance at all times Strong skills in inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food production oversight Excellent managerial communication skills combined with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive team environment Previous experience managing hospitality teams in settings like casual dining or catering environments is highly desirable Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality Join us if you're passionate about leading vibrant hospitality teams, creating memorable guest experiences, and thriving in a fast-paced culinary environment.
