Job Description

Expanding restaurant group with six units operating Estia and Pietro's is hiring an experienced service manager. We are looking for passionate dedicated professionals willing to grow with us. The right candidate will possess the experience necessary to hire, train, and manage employees on a daily basis along with superb customer service. A qualified candidate will be responsible for:
  • Scheduling
  • Training
  • Hiring/Firing
  • Controlling costs
  • All aspects of floor service and hospitality
Requirements:
Minimum of two years experience in food & beverage management A passion for food and wine Experience with ALOHA and OpenTable software preferred We are looking for a well rounded and polished communicator who is passionate, energetic, and inspiring to staff and guests alike.
