Job Description

EXECUTIVE CHEF
Gloria Sports & Spirits | Warrington, PA Gloria Sports & Spirits is seeking an experienced, hands-on Executive Chef to lead our high-volume kitchen operation. Gloria is an elevated neighborhood sports bar featuring scratch-made Italian-American food, artisan pizza, a large bar program, private events, and high-volume sports and holiday business. We're looking for a chef who can lead from the line, develop a dependable team, and maintain strong operational controls without sacrificing food quality. This is a working leadership position, not a clipboard role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead daily kitchen operations and service execution Recruit, train, schedule, and develop the culinary team Maintain consistent recipes, portions, presentation, and ticket times Manage food and kitchen labor costs Oversee purchasing, receiving, inventory, and vendor relationships Maintain proper product rotation, labeling, prep levels, and waste controls Create and enforce cleaning, sanitation, and equipment-maintenance systems Ensure compliance with health and food-safety standards Plan for high-volume games, holidays, parties, and special events Collaborate with the General Manager and ownership on menus, specials, and operational improvements Hold the team accountable while maintaining a professional, productive kitchen culture
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
Has proven experience leading a busy, high-volume kitchen Is organized, consistent, and comfortable establishing systems Understands food cost, labor management, inventory, scheduling, and purchasing Can coach employees, address performance issues, and follow through Maintains composure and leadership during demanding services Is equally comfortable managing the operation and working alongside the team Experience with pizza, Italian American cuisine, sports bars, or large events is a plus ServSafe Manager Certification is Required.

$62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
