Looking for a visionary, entrepreneurial, no drama, honest food service leader to help scale a revolutionary mobile food concept from one truck into a National fleet. You run the streets, you share the profits. Join our dynamic team as a Food Svc. Manager. This energetic role offers the opportunity to build, be creative in so many ways and help others at same time. Execute daily operations, ensure top-notch food quality and safety, manage budgets, and cultivate a vibrant team dedicated to Hippie Dog Excellence. Duties Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring smooth shift management and highest standards of customer service Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality and consistency in all offerings Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction using POS systems such as Toast. Lead staff training. Handle cash management duties, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation at the end of shifts Implement food safety management practices aligned with industry standards to ensure compliance and cleanliness Conduct performance evaluations, interview prospective team members, and support staff development through training & development programs Requirements Proven experience Strong background in food preparation Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast Demonstrated supervisory experience with team leadership and staff training capabilities Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety regulations Excellent communication skills for managerial communication and customer interactions Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting It's a once in a lifetime opportunity not meant for most.
