You will lead employees across both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations , including servers, bartenders, hosts, takeout, expo, and kitchen staff. You will be responsible for making sure every shift is organized, properly staffed, and focused on delivering an excellent guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead, coach, and motivate the team throughout each shift. Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable. Train and develop new and existing employees. Build a positive, professional, and productive team culture. Address performance, attendance, and workplace issues when necessary. Ensure the restaurant is properly staffed and employees are positioned according to business volume. Keep communication flowing between the kitchen, expo, hosts, servers, takeout, and bar. Maintain high standards for guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and presentation. Handle guest concerns confidently and professionally. Monitor labor and make staffing adjustments based on business needs. Assist with scheduling, inventory, waste control, food costs, and operating expenses. Ensure opening, shift-change, and closing procedures are completed properly. Communicate effectively with the management team and follow through on issues. Identify opportunities to improve the restaurant's organization, performance, and profitability. Who We're Looking For The right person doesn't just know how to run a shift—they know how to lead people. We're looking for someone who: Has previous management experience in a full-service restaurant. Has experience in a busy, high-volume environment. Knows how to coach employees and bring out their best. Is comfortable having difficult conversations and holding people accountable. Leads by example and earns the respect of their team. Communicates clearly and professionally. Can stay calm, organized, and decisive during a busy shift. Understands both guest service and restaurant operations. Is dependable, consistent, and willing to be involved in the day-to-day operation. Has experience with scheduling, labor, inventory, food costs, or financial controls. Has ServSafe certification or is willing to obtain it. Restaurant Managers, Assistant General Managers, FOH Managers, and Service Managers with strong leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
