We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our dual-brand location in Charleston, SC. In this role, you lead from the floor—not from behind a desk. You are a true player-coach who is on the line, on register, and in the window during every rush, setting the pace alongside your team. Floor:
Personally work stations—line, drive-thru, assembly, and register—during peak periods, directing shifts by example rather than managing from an office. Own the
Four Walls:
Oversee all daily operations across both brands, including food quality, cleanliness, brand standards, safety, inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security. Build & Mentor the
Team:
Recruit, hire, train, and coach shift leaders and team members through hands-on, side-by-side coaching to develop ready-now internal successors. Run the
Numbers & Schedule:
Analyze monthly P&L statements, manage labor and food costs, control operational expenses, and build schedules that balance guest demand with labor targets.
Drive Guest Satisfaction:
Own speed of service, order accuracy, drive-thru times, and guest satisfaction scores to drive sales growth through operational excellence. What We Are Looking For Dual-Brand Experience (REQUIRED): You must have direct, hands-on General Manager experience running a dual-brand QSR operation. Candidates without dual-brand experience will not be considered.
Proven QSR Track Record:
Demonstrated success managing high-volume, fast-paced fast-food operations with full P&L accountability.
Floor-First Leadership:
A clear history of leading from the floor and actively working stations during rushes.
Business Acumen:
Strong skill set in managing inventory, food cost variances, labor metrics, and speed-of-service targets.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
