• Charleston, South Carolina Company Overview Holy City Hospitality owns and operates five restaurants, a catering company, and two event venues in Charleston, South Carolina. Each concept has its own identity, but all share a common standard of food, service, and hospitality that has made the group a fixture of the local dining scene. Description Oversee daily front-of-house operations for the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, staff performance, and profitability in line with HCH brand standards. Job duties include but are not limited to: Assist the GM in leading, scheduling, and coaching front- and back-of-house staff, reinforcing a positive, guest-focused culture and supporting performance management Oversee daily operations alongside the GM — including opening/closing procedures, service flow, table turns, and quality control across food, beverage, and cleanliness standards — and assume full operational responsibility in the GM's absence Support budget, labor cost, and inventory/ordering management, helping the GM hit profitability targets while minimizing waste Help ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, alcohol service laws, and HCH operational policies, escalating issues to the GM as needed Work with the General Manager and Bar Manager on menu execution, promotions, and guest feedback, helping drive repeat business and revenue growth

Qualifications:

2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience, preferably in a full-service or multi-concept environment Working knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling software Valid Food Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) and alcohol service certification Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills with proven ability to train and develop staff Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience. Pay:

$60,000.00 per year
