Chicken Salad Chick, known for its delicious menu featuring 12 Chicken Salads, homemade sides, soups, and sandwiches, is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager for our Beaufort location. Join our loving team and enjoy a fun work environment where you can positively influence others. As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to: Demonstrate a passion for the business and manage operations Find, train, develop, and recognize top talent Ensure guests receive excellent customer service Maintain food quality and safety standards Lead a multicultural team with enthusiasm

Behavior Characteristics:

Work 30-40 hours per week Effectively communicate with team members Create a culture of innovation through critical thinking Coach, give direction, and nurture relationships with staff

Additional Responsibilities:

Assist in inventory and ordering Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment Provide accountability for team members Ensure all brand standards are demonstrated daily
