Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member or Manager at our fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant. In this energetic role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Whether you're preparing delicious food, managing transactions, or leading a team, your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across the kitchen, dining area, and food prep zones Assist with food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Support sales initiatives through upselling menu items and promoting specials to enhance guest experience Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction Perform duties such as bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies to keep the restaurant running smoothly Lead or support team members in daily tasks, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and efficiency Requirements Prior experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling techniques and sanitation practices Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail environments is advantageous Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as bussing or cleaning A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the team Join us to be part of an energetic environment where your contributions make a real impact!
