Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with passion and precision. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Manage inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures to maintain high-quality standards and minimize waste. Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Supervise kitchen operations, including food production, culinary tasks, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective team training programs, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching. Handle shift management by scheduling staff appropriately to meet customer demand while controlling labor costs. Conduct profit and loss analysis to monitor financial performance and implement strategies for revenue growth and cost reduction. Foster a welcoming environment by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly. Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates and selecting talented team members aligned with our service standards. Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and safety policies. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in food service management. Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise is essential. Prior supervisory experience in casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training & development initiatives and managerial communication skills. Knowledge of food safety management practices, inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis. Familiarity with kitchen management tasks including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production processes. Experience managing hospitality teams in high-volume environments with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as shift management, staff training, and operational oversight.
