We operate multiple locations throughout the Charleston area, each with its own neighborhood and personality but a shared commitment to creating welcoming, thoughtful spaces. Learn more about us . About The Role As Odd Duck continues to grow, we're looking for a strong, people-focused leader to manage our Summerville location . This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys developing a team, running a strong operation, and jumping in wherever needed. Our Café Managers are responsible for the overall day-to-day success of their store — from developing a strong team and creating a great guest experience to managing labor, inventory, food safety, and store performance. This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, solving problems, and creating an environment where people can do great work and enjoy their job. Compensation +
Schedule Salary:
$55,000 base + monthly bonus

+ Develop Your Team Lead, support, and set clear expectations for team members Create weekly schedules and actively manage labor Conduct regular 1:1s and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Partner with company leadership on hiring, training, performance, and staffing decisions Build a positive, accountable, and supportive store culture Manage Store Operations Oversee daily café operations, service, cleanliness, and food safety Manage ordering, pars, inventory, and internal store tracking Monitor labor, sales, waste, and overall store performance Identify problems and opportunities for improvement and take action Maintain clear communication with company leadership and managers across our other locations Support company-wide systems and initiatives at the store level Requirements 1-2 years of experience in an F&B management or leadership role Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and jump into various roles as needed Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends Reliable, accountable, and excited to be part of a growing local company If you love hospitality, enjoy leading a team, and want to be part of a growing local company, we'd love to meet you.
