Duties Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Maintain high standards of food safety management and sanitation procedures to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and transactions Prepare and serve food items efficiently while adhering to quality standards Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures and customer service expectations Experience Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation procedures is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Familiarity with POS systems will be advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Join our team at
