The Assistant Kitchen Manager works with the Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead the team to create an accurate and efficient food-service environment.

Responsibilities include:

Providing leadership to and daily management of the kitchen Holding staff accountable for recipes made to spec, every time Making sure employees are well trained and knowledgeable concerning the menu, processes, policies, and systems of the restaurant Training staff on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques Fostering an exciting and inclusive environment for the kitchen staff Leading by example; prepping, cooking, and plating Maintaining a compliant and safe environment Upholding a standard of best-in-class food preparation practices We are looking for people with a: Positive attitude Team focus Passion for creating unique dishes Desire to grow and develop professionally Attention to detail and focus on quality control Interest in contributing to the growth of a local brand
