General Manager - Downtown Flavortown Pigeon Forge Are you a hospitality leader who knows how to build great teams, drive results, and lead a complex operation? We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume hospitality and entertainment operation. This is an opportunity for a business-minded leader who enjoys developing people, improving culture, driving financial performance, and creating an exceptional guest experience. What You'll Lead A large team of 100+ Team Members High-volume restaurant, bar, banquet, retail, and entertainment operations Sales, labor, COGS, inventory, and overall P&L performance Leadership development, training, coaching, and accountability Guest experience and operational excellence Process improvement and execution of company standards POS reporting, business analytics, and data-driven decision making What We're Looking For 5+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience Proven experience leading large teams and developing leaders Strong P&L, labor, COGS, and KPI management skills Hands-on experience with a major POS system such as MICROS, InfoGenesis, Aloha, Toast, Oracle , or similar A track record of building positive, engaged, high-performing teams Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills Experience with a $10M+ operation is preferred, but not required .
