Responsibilities Supervise all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. Manage inventory control and food safety protocols to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations. Lead and motivate kitchen staff through effective team management, fostering a positive work environment focused on collaboration and continuous improvement. Oversee menu planning and development, incorporating innovative ideas while maintaining operational feasibility. Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining establishments with strong culinary skills and a passion for excellence. Experience working in a steak house environment Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership in managing kitchen teams effectively. Extensive banquet experience along with dietary department knowledge to accommodate diverse dietary needs. Solid background in food production, food handling, and food safety practices aligned with industry standards. Familiarity with inventory management systems, menu planning, and catering logistics. Strong understanding of restaurant management principles including shift management and food service operations. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments that emphasize high-quality service and attention to detail.
