Job Description
Looking for someone to help lead our BOH team and give support to creating wonderful events. Must have knowledge of meat and seafood butchery. Also, be familiar with live fire cooking and prep. Basic knowledge of excel spreadsheets is a must. Management experience is a plus. Allergy-Conscious and Vegan Dishes•All of the food on our menu is going to be gluten-free. We will provide constant, ongoing education for our team in order to provide a safe, welcoming experience for our guests with food allergies and dietary preferences.

Respect and positive communication are the driving forces behind the unity that exists from the dish room all the way to the host stand, and every square inch in between.
