Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift scheduling, staff supervision, and ensuring smooth service flow Lead team training and development initiatives to uphold service standards, food safety, and cleanliness Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and adherence to recipes and presentation guidelines Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels Supervise food production activities, including cooking, food handling, and ensuring compliance with health regulations Manage customer relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience Support budget management through cost control measures, profit & loss analysis, and efficient resource allocation Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to build a strong hospitality team Enforce food safety standards and sanitation protocols across the kitchen and dining areas Experience Proven assistant manager or supervisory experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting Strong knowledge of inventory control, food safety regulations, and food industry best practices Experience managing hospitality teams with skills in team leadership, training & development, and staff supervision Background in casual dining or fine dining settings is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently Prior experience in managing restaurant operations including shift management, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis Join us as an Assistant Manager to lead with enthusiasm!
