Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality food presentation Lead, train, and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards Manage food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to ensure safety and quality compliance Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Enforce food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and health regulations across all areas of the restaurant Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to develop a skilled hospitality team Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain excellent guest satisfaction levels Monitor restaurant performance metrics like profit and loss analysis to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with kitchen management on food production, catering events, or banquet services when needed Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a focus on shift management Extensive food industry background including food preparation, cooking, and food safety management Demonstrated success in supervising teams within casual dining or fine dining environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction handling Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis to support operational goals Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive team environment Knowledge of hospitality management practices including customer service excellence and food safety standards Previous experience managing kitchen operations or culinary teams is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing staff or managing team training sessions Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail and operational efficiency This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant hospitality team while honing your managerial expertise.
