Multi-household family in need of House Manager. We are currently seeking a part-time House Manager that can help our family juggle the demands of work, school, and family life as well as perform tasks aimed to maximize the time that our family can spend together. Our ideal candidate is a caregiver dedicated to helping others, is highly motivated, resourceful, and responsible. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, highly organized, communicates effectively, and is compassionate and professional.

Primary duties:

Transporting non-drivers to events, appointments and the store. Maintain the family calendar and assist with keeping the family on schedule Schedule appointments Reset Houses to include: o Take out trash o Make beds o Put Dishes away o Check fridge for expiration dates and organize o Put laundry away o Organize and maintain the closets, shoes, and dressers. o Maintain kitchen cupboards and pantries o Water house plants o Empty kitty litter Luggage - pack and unpack luggage as needed Assist with meal prep and grocery shopping: o Cut up fruit and preparing snacks. o Identify recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner o Order curbside and pick up groceries o Assist in maintaining full fridge and pantries Light housework, including but not limited to: o Fold clothes and organizing drawers and closest o Tidy closets o Maintain bathrooms and cupboards. o Wipe down kitchen counters o Unload and load dishwasher o Tidy kids' toys, rotate toys, and pick up common areas Assist with

Seasonal Decorating:

o Put up and take down decorations, o Organize decorations before and after they are put up and taken down. Miscellaneous errands, i.e., Amazon returns, pick up dry cleaning etc. Write thank you notes Wrap gifts

Animals:

Active role in observing children while they feed and water their 4-H animal projects. Assist with all needs of the family at multiple homes.
