Job Description

Assistant General ManagerColleyville, TX$57,500 $60,000/year5-day work week | Approximately 50 hours/weekWe are looking for an experienced, hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Colleyville.

This role works directly with ownership and will be a key member of the restaurant's leadership team. There is currently no General Manager, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of daily operations, leading the team, making decisions during service, and helping ownership maintain strong operational standards.

What You ll Be DoingLead daily front-of-house operations and serviceServe as manager on duty and make sound operational decisions during serviceCoach, train, and develop team membersMaintain strong hospitality, cleanliness, and operational standardsHandle guest concerns professionallyAssist with hiring, onboarding, training, and schedulingMonitor labor and staffingSupport inventory, purchasing, receiving, and cost controlsWork closely with ownership and the kitchen teamAssist with reservations, private events, and guest communicationHelp improve systems, training, and overall restaurant performanceWhat We re Looking ForPrevious restaurant management experience requiredAGM, Restaurant Manager, Service Manager, FOH Manager, or similar experience preferredStrong hospitality and leadership skillsComfortable running a busy service and making decisions independentlyOrganized, dependable, and proactiveStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as neededExperience with any of the following is preferred:

Toast, Tock, HotSchedules, MarginEdge, and TripleseatYou do not need experience with every platform, but familiarity with restaurant POS, scheduling, inventory, reservations, or event-management systems is a plus.

Compensation & Perks$57,500 $60,000 annual salary, based on experience5-day work weekApproximately 50 hours per weekManager mealsFree parkingDirect involvement with ownership and day-to-day restaurant operationsHealth insurance is not currently offered.

We are looking for a manager who is visible, engaged, and comfortable leading from the floor. The right person will take pride in hospitality, develop the team, stay organized, and take real ownership of the restaurant's daily operations.
