• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and possess excellent supervisory skills.
• Duties
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff
• Oversee daily operations
• Train, mentor, and coach floor staff
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Assist with scheduling
• Conduct interviews for new hires
• Monitor cash handling procedures
• Collaborate with the manager on store initiatives
• Requirements
• Previous experience in a restaurant environment
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic accounting principles
• Bilingual
• Knowledge of stock management and inventory control
