The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry Duties Assist in managing restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards. Oversee shift management, ensuring all team members are performing their duties effectively. Utilize POS systems for order processing, inventory management, and sales tracking. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure food production meets quality standards. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in menu planning and development to align with market trends and customer preferences. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food industry Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices and food production processes. Experience with staff training programs and shift management techniques. Familiarity with POS systems and their operational functions. Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
