Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated General Manager/Manager to lead our Pizza Helotes location. This dynamic role requires a passionate leader who excels in restaurant management, team development, and delivering exceptional customer service. As the driving force behind daily operations, you will oversee food preparation, staff training, inventory control, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members. Duties Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring adherence to quality standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team Control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure the availability of ingredients and supplies Implement food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations Lead shift management by coordinating staffing schedules, customer service, and kitchen operations Monitor budget adherence, analyze sales data, and optimize operational efficiency to meet financial goals Requirements Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with supervising responsibilities Strong background in food industry operations including food handling, food production, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff effectively Knowledge of food safety standards, hospitality management practices, and customer service excellence Experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as we deliver outstanding pizza experiences through passionate leadership!
